Which size should I choose?

Can I purchase different tops and bottoms?


Type bikinis are always sold with both pieces, however you can choose different sizes from top and bottom.




How can I wash my Type bikini?


- Wash by hand, use cold running water, removing all chlorine and salt residues;! - Do not use aggressive detergents;!
- Use neutral soap;!
- Do not let it soak;!
- Gently squeeze without twisting;!
- Do not use a washer, dryer or dry cleaner;!
- Never iron;!
- Dry in the shade and in a ventilated place;!
- Do not leave the part in contact with solvents, cosmetics, sunscreens and other chemicals;! - We advise you to be careful when using articles in pools with a high percentage of chlorine. Lycra exposed to large amounts of chlorine can change color.




How do I know if an item is in stock?


To check the availability of a product, go on the product page. If the product is not marked as sold out it means the product is available. To check the availability of a size, click on the size menu of the product. If one of the sizes does not appear, it means this size is no longer available.




The product I want is sold out, will it come back in stock?


We do not restock our products. In the event of a exchange or return, the article which was previously sold out, may be available online again. Our resellers have different stocks and may have an article we no longer have in stock. You can contact them to have more precisions about their stock. What payments methods can I use?


Type accept all the following payment methods: Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. Please sign up to a paypal account here if you which to use this payment method.

Which countries do you ship?


We ship wolrdwide.




What is the shipping cost?


The shipping cost is 5€ inside Portugal, 6€ for Madeira and Açores, 10€ for the rest of the world.




How soon can I get my order?


Your order will be packed and shipped by our team within 1 business day. Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 10 business days depending on which country the product is sent to. Please note that some delays may occur due to occasional customs or courier delay.




Can I track my order?


We will send you an email as soon as we register your order. You will receive a tracking code so you can check the status of your order. To track you order simply enter your code here.




Can I return my order?


Yes, Type accepts returns if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. To have the full details on how to return an item please email us at geral@type.pt. The shipping cost of the return is at the customer charge.




Can I exchange my purchase?


Yes, Type accepts exchanges. You can either send the item back or directly visit us in our store to an choose an other item/size. Type accepts refunds in the same payment method or we can provide Type vouchers to discount in future orders. If there is a price difference between the item you originally bought and the one you want to exchange, we will give you a Type voucher with the price difference.
